Revolt started in gamma city. the city is taken by some other player Neither attack nor revolt is permitted with land forces naval attacks are allowed

I gave the order for colony ship construction. Before the total construction period it is lost. I can not see the ship preparation any more.

I have fulfilled necessary requirements for bardic school and lighthouse however they are still not active to be built.
