Start Protection

Give the players in the start a protection of 48 hours, that they cannot attack them.

This will also solve the problem that players are attacking in the beginning other players, so they do not loose all the troops.

And also protect the player from attacking others. Because they will certaintly lose all of their troops. (maybe when you want to attack a city you should give an little tutorial about attacking other cities)
